Sign in at ancestry.com → DNA → Your DNA results summary → Settings.
Under Actions, choose Download DNA data and confirm.
Ancestry emails you a download link. Save the .zip, then upload it here.

How to download your raw file

AncestryDNA: Official download guide. Download yourself from your account.
23andMe: Settings → 23andMe Data → Raw Data (.zip with .txt).
MyHeritage: DNA → Manage DNA kits → Download (.csv or .zip).
